The only bad thing was the transfer back to Playa del Carmen because the driver had very loud and vulgar music playing where minors and children were traveling.

It felt like a market the whole time, constantly selling things. Finally, tipping was practically mandatory. You can't just go around with a collection basket to each seat to get a tip. It should be left at the front of the bus for whoever wants to give it. Honestly, we didn't like it and we don't recommend it. We traveled with another company years ago and had a much better experience.
