I loved everything about it: the organization and punctuality in picking us up at the meeting points and the time we had to enjoy each place. Obviously, as a client, you want even more, but if you want to make the most of it, it's important to use your time wisely. We were very grateful to our guide, Hector, who always made sure to check in to make sure everyone was on the bus and didn't be insensitive and leave people behind. He always emphasized that we stick to the agreed-upon time to be on board and be able to follow the day's itinerary. He is very cheerful, pleasant, personable, and prepared. A round of applause for him!

Excellent and quite comprehensive tour, the cenotes are very beautiful, and the staff and guides are very attentive! It would be a 10 if it were possible to visit the Suy Tun cenote at noon, as that's where the light source illuminates the walkway.
